Software On-Demand
Custom software for process-driven small businesses
Most small businesses do not need a platform. They need one specific thing built properly — and a person who will still be there when it needs to change. That is the whole offer.
What I build
CRMs and trackers
The customer, job, or inventory system your team currently runs in a shared spreadsheet — with real records, real permissions, and a real audit trail.
Dashboards and reporting
Pull the numbers out of the systems they are trapped in and put them on one screen that answers the question you actually ask every Monday.
Automations
The recurring manual step between two tools. Intake, routing, reminders, document generation — the work that quietly eats a day a week.
AI tools
Agents and assistants that do a specific job against your data, scoped so you can tell whether they are working. Built by someone who runs them in production.
How it works
- 01
Discovery
A conversation about the process, not the software. We find the step that hurts and agree what "fixed" looks like.
- 02
Spec
A written scope: what it does, what it does not do, what it costs. You approve it before anything is built.
- 03
Build
Working software in front of you early and often, so course corrections are cheap instead of catastrophic.
- 04
Host & maintain
Deployed, backed up, and supported. You get software, not a repository and good luck.
What it costs
Fixed price per scope, agreed before the build starts — no hourly meter, no surprise invoice. Small automations start in the low four figures; a full internal system is a larger engagement. Discovery is free, and you leave it with a written scope whether or not you hire me.
Proof
Technical lead on a mission-critical platform serving 1,000+ users across 130+ offices — and the migration bridge that let it modernize without going down.
C# · WPF (MVVM) · WebView2 · SQL Server · WCF · GraphQL · Camunda · Amazon S3 · SSRS · Datadog
A capture system with no rules engine. Send it anything from your phone; a language model decides what it is and files it. In daily use.
Python 3.12 · Anthropic Claude · Model Context Protocol · Telegram · Google Calendar/Gmail APIs · hexagonal architecture
Tell me what the painful step is.
A short discovery call. If it is not something I should build, I will say so.
